This is the first bread recipe we enjoyed baking over and over. It's very easy to make and absolutely delish. We know you'll love it so give it a try and let us know how you like it!

Rosemary Focaccia
Prep time: Overnight | Bake time: 30 mins | Level: Easy
Ingredients
512 g all-purpose flour (we recommend Giusto's)
10 g salt
7-8 g instant yeast
455 g warm water
Good quality olive oil (or avocado oil)
Toppings: rosemary, tomatoes, minced garlic, grated cheese, salt, etc.
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Add the warm water. Mix everything together until it forms a wet/sticky dough ball.
First Rise: Cover the dough with oil and then with a damp towel over the bowl. Refrigerate for 12+ hours.
The next day, line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper (or grease with oil liberally). Then add roughly 2 tbsp of oil to the pan.
Second Rise: With your hands, deflate the dough and start to fold the dough to the center, rotating the bowl as you go. (Tip: Do not aggressively knead the dough so it will remain soft and pillowy). Then place the dough onto the pan, coating it with the oil from the tray and some more on the surface to prevent drying. Cover and let it rise once more for 2-4 hours (or until it has doubled in size).
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Prepare the dough: Coat your hands with oil, then start to press down onto the dough with your fingers (imagine you're playing the piano, creating deep depressions/dimples in the dough).
Sprinkle or add your favorite toppings. Customize it to your own liking and be creative!
Classic Rosemary: Drizzle fresh rosemary on top (optional to sprinkle with sea salt).
Garlic Addict: Mix the minced garlic into the dough, rather than sprinkling them on top as it will burn.
Cheesy Lovers: sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
Artists Palette: Decorate with dried edible flowers or fresh vegetables (tomatoes, bell pepper, onions, etc.) and herbs (basil, sage, etc.) on top of the dough to create your own bread art.
Bake for 28-30 min. The bottom should be golden/crisp! Let it cool for 15 min before cutting it into pieces. Enjoy and try pairing it with roasted garlic cloves (slowly roast the garlic soaked in olive oil for at least 6 hours in a low setting) or your favorite flavored balsamic vinegar!
